Formula Five Complete has two components, A and B. When A and B are mixed together, they produce an industrial butyl degreaser. It is a butyl fortified positive emulsion cleaner for the tough jobs. USDA Rating A-1. One case of Formula Five Complete (with added water) produces one pail of solution.
