For many years, the marketplace has known us as Hospeco Brands Group (HBG). Our customers, distributors, and vendor partners recognize our products, our people, and our reputation under the Hospeco Brands Group name.

At the same time, some employees and business partners have also encountered the name The Tranzonic Companies (Tranzonic)—the corporate holding company that sits behind HBG. While Tranzonic serves important internal functions such as banking, legal, regulatory, and cross-company administration, it has never been a go-to-market brand.

This dual identity has occasionally caused confusion: customers and partners interacted with Hospeco Brands Group, while certain corporate communications referenced Tranzonic. To create clarity, strengthen our presence in the marketplace, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints, we are officially unifying our public-facing identity under HBG.
